Programmes begin with a comprehensive assessment including postural and movement analysis, body fat analysis, and fitness testing. Detailed programmes are subsequently designed and executed in one-to-one sessions, with periodic assessment and progression.
Fat Loss

The fat loss circuits utilise a combination of high-intensity resistance exercises, interspersed with rounds of boxing.
Throughout this workout, your heart rate will be high and your muscles will be overloaded with lactic acid - key stimuli for fat loss.
Boxing Pad Training
