ABOUT

Nik kudiersky

Nik has gained years of experience in the fitness and elite sport industries, working alongside some of the most prominant fitness coaches and sport scientists in the country.

In 2011, Nik retired from professional football due to a serious knee injury. After gaining the industry standard personal training and fitness instructor qualifications, Nik was determined to further develop his knowledge and experience. He went on to complete a BSc in Sport Science, obtaining a first-class grade, and worked as a fitness coach in the Univeristy of Central Lancashire gym. Alongside his studies, Nik completed multiple work placements in the elite sport industry - most notably with West Ham United FC - and is an author of published scientific research.

Nik is now located in Newcastle where he is training clients at 'The Gym. Newcastle East' and studying an MSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Northumbria University. His key interests are:


- Utilising exercise to optimise physical and mental health

- Healthy ageing (fall prevention, disease management)
- Fat loss
- Strength development
- High-intensity interval training
- Postural and movement analysis
